We have now been informed by our licensing body that where ACDs have been used previously in Appendix K calculations proof of the ACD installation will be required.

If we have undertaken SAPs and used the ACD rates for the Y value (via Appx K) you must confirm that the EST Enhanced or Standard ACDs are being undertaken on site otherwise at EPC (As-built stage) the y values must be taken down to default settings which may lead to regulation failure, EPC rating change and/or CSH level failure.
